We provide committed engineers to attend to our
customer and we assign a fixed engineer and a standby engineer to a
customer. This is to allow the engineers to be familiar with the
environment and able to resolve any IT issue at a faster rate.
Engineer package:
1. Monthly Maintenance (as diagram)
This is suitable for company with no IT Team or engineer and with 3 PCs
or more. We have a routine schedule to do a health check on all
the PCs. The objective is to prevent any possible downtime.
The benefit of this package is to allow company to have a fix IT
services expense as there will be no more extra cost for the
phone,remote and onsite support.
2. Hourly package
This is suitable for company that does not wish to have a monthly
committed expense. Company can choose to purchase number of hours
per year. The number of hours will be deducted only if there is
any usage.
The benefit of this package is cost saving.
3. Outsource engineer
This is suitable for company with many users or MIS team that required
extra engineer support. We will attach engineer to the company
full time.
The benefit of this package is that payroll and employee benefits are
under our care.
