Engineer Support


Our friendly team of helpdesk is there to answer to your problem.  Helpdesk engineer guide user through phone support and remote into user system for troubleshooting.  For situation that is not able to resolve will be escalate to onsite engineer.  We provide a month end report for the login call and the resolve rate for monitoring.

Escalate:
1. We have our engineer to attend to customer.  Depending on situation, we have different committed timing to support our customer.

2. We will escalate to the company MIS engineer for 2 level support. 

Ticket number will be issue to users for following up.  Users are assured that they are attended to their problem.
